How do I know which laser facial is right for me?
For your first visit to CLEO, you can book a free consultation or take advantage of our first timer promotion for the CLEO Glass Skin Laser Facial or CLEO Contour Laser Facial. After your initial appointment, your dedicated laser specialist at CLEO will evaluate your skin’s response, discuss your concerns and create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your skin goals.
What can I expect during my first laser facial?
After you arrive you will be paired up with an expert laser technician who will review your medical history, understand your specific goals and prep your skin for treatment. Our laser facials are tolerated very well and customers generally describe them as “low-to-no-discomfort”. After your technician is finished with the laser, they will cool down your skin and apply a protective balm. Finally, your provider will create a customized treatment protocol to achieve your skin goals. Our facials don’t require any downtime. You will be able to resume normal activities after each session, but you will be given specific advice, such as avoiding sun or using harsh skincare products over the next few days.
Are laser facials painful?
No, most people describe a moderate tingling sensation with heat buildup that is noticeable but not painful. With this being said, pain is relative, and rest assured we will work with you to minimize any discomfort that you experience during treatment.
Do laser facials have downtime?
No, you will return to normal daily activities immediately after your session. Some customers may experience slight redness for a short time after the treatment, but these effects are minimal.
How often should I get a laser facial?
We believe that achieving clean, bright and healthy skin all comes down to establishing the right routine and sticking to it. We recommend a monthly cadence for our laser facials. We created the Cleo membership to make this process super-easy with great savings. More details here.
How much does a laser facial treatment cost?
We believe that laser is the future of beauty and created CLEO to allow more people to access these treatments. We offer first timer laser facials for only $80.
Do you offer ClearSilk® or MOXI® lasers?
In short, we do not offer ClearSilk® or MOXI® laser treatments at CLEO as we take a highly customizable approach to laser skin rejuvenation and have built out our own portfolio of laser treatments.
However, our Glass Skin Laser Facial however is highly comparable to a Clear Silk and Moxi treatment as all of these treatments utilize 1064nm Nd:YAG wavelength to deliver controlled heat to the dermis, stimulating collagen production for skin revitalization.
Is the photofacial similar to an IPL or BBL laser?
Yes, an IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatment is a type of photofacial, with the terms often used interchangeably. A photofacial is a broad term for a light-based skin treatment, and IPL is one of the most common technologies used for it. Both are non-invasive cosmetic procedures that use flashes of light to improve the appearance of sun damage, uneven skin tone, and other skin imperfections like redness and age spots.
