What does the membership include?

The monthly membership fee includes your choice of either one Glass Skin Laser Facial per month or on CLEO Contour facial per month, with the flexibility to upgrade to Skin Shield Laser facial or RF-Microneedling by crediting your $180 towards these treatments.

What else should I do for my skincare outside of my membership?

Everyone's skin care needs are unique, we recommend consulting with your CLEO provider on what additional products will work best for you. For the majority of people, the path to clear and healthy skin doesn't need to be overcomplicated.

Why is there a 3 month commitment?

Three months gives you time to see the best results. For all things skincare, the best results are reached through consistent adherence. After three months, you are free to cancel or pause at any time. Please note that membership payments are final sale and non-refundable.

Can I cancel or pause my membership?

Yes, memberships can be cancelled at any time once the 3 month commitment is reached. To cancel your membership, please email hello@cleoskinandlaser.com.

Can I use my membership at any Cleo location?

Yes, you can book services at any of our locations.

Do monthly treatments roll over if I miss a month?

Yes, you will never 'miss' a treatment. They will roll into the following month.
