Valid photo ID is required for both parent/legal guardian and minor. Student ID + Birth Certificate or any government issued ID are valid proof of ID for minors.

While we’d love to provide supervision for children , our team will be focused on the care of our clients and therefore we do not allow children under the age of 10 to be left alone in the lobby. In addition, children are not allowed in the treatment room to ensure the safety of our clients and providers. And while we love our clients fur babies, we do not allow pets.

For no-shows or any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, we charge a fee of $50. However, if you call to cancel over 24 hours before your appointment, no fee will be charged.
